Learn About Veryn

What Is TMS?

How TMS optimizes brain function

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) uses a safe, FDA-cleared device to deliver magnetic pulses to activate specific areas of the brain responsible for mood and emotional regulation.

Using real-time brain activity mapping, Veryn’s personalized TMS approach tailors each session to your unique brain function and supports healthier performance over time.

In short, going to Veryn is like going to the gym for your brain—consistent, personalized training that builds strength and resilience over time.

Explore the map to learn how different brain regions may relate to clinical care and emerging research. Treatment targets vary by condition, device, protocol, and individual assessment.

A Place That Feels Different

Care that calms the nervous system

Veryn was designed to feel calm, grounded, and unhurried. Warm materials, natural light, and quiet spaces help create an environment that provides relief from the hustle and bustle of life and your typical medical space.

Every detail is intentional. Veryn uses emerging science and thoughtful design to enlist the senses in support of healing, from visuals and sound to scent, texture, and the way the space helps the nervous system settle.

Treatment fits into daily life. Most sessions are brief, require no recovery time, and allow you to return to your day afterward.

Meet Dr. Brossfield

The approach that inspired Veryn

Dr. Jeralyn Brossfield, known as Dr. B by her patients, her approach shaped the spirit of Veryn: take the time, ask better questions, and treat the person as a person first.

The name Veryn comes from the phrase “Very Jeralyn,” a phrase that is shorthand for our philosophy that care must be attentive, personal and deeply human.

Dr. B received the “Whole-Person Care Award” and created the original Whole-Person classes at her medical school.

Dr. B founded Veryn to create a place focused on uncovering root causes and helping restore brain health through personalized, non-invasive, drug-free care.

That standard now extends beyond Dr. B. Every physician who joins Veryn is selected because they share this same approach: taking the time, asking better questions, and treating the person first. As Veryn grows, this is the commitment that travels with us.

Transformations

Real stories. Real results.

BEFORE:

When Everything Felt Impossible

“My mom struggled with severe anxiety and depression her whole life. When she got diagnosed with Parkinson's, her psychiatrist changed her meds. It made the depression worse. She couldn't get out of bed.”
THE DECISION:

Looking for Hope Anywhere

“When I first heard about TMS, I thought it was snake oil. But my mom had tried everything. She walked in crying, telling me, 'If this doesn't work, I can't keep living like this.' We decided that there was nothing left to lose and we would try something new.”
DURING TREATMENT:

When Change Becomes Real

“After five sessions, she was different. By ten, she was feeling better. By twenty sessions, her tremors had reduced and her depression was gone. She could process intrusive thoughts instead of spiraling all day.”
AFTER:

A Family Restored

“She went from missing family events to being present again. My anxiety decreased. The kids have their grandmother back. I'd so much rather spend ten minutes every morning forever doing this than go back to how we lived before.”
